beyond success nigeria

Beyond Success is a leadership development journey organized by EQUIP, founded by leadership Author, John C. Maxwell. The program is organized in Nigeria by EQUIP Leadership Nigeria with Gbenga Samuel as the Country Coordinator. Through a team of volunteer Facilitators across Nigeria Beyond Success roundtables are being organized both online and in-person. We have a community of active facilitators in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Bayelsa, Uyo, Calabar, Lokoja and Nasarrawa.

Beyond Success is a 7-session personal growth and leadership development journey using the roundtable format. Each session is comprised of a small group of 6-8 participants meeting for 60-90 minutes and is designed to help participants learn and live a value related to success. Participants have the unique opportunity to hear John Maxwell teach these values in addition to hearing him share his faith during the “My Most Important Relationship” lesson.

After the 7 sessions are completed, participants are invited to train as a Beyond Success facilitator and become a leader who helps others to begin their own Beyond Success tables and Success facilitator and become a leader who uses the complimentary material to help others and begin their own Beyond Success tables.
